Last time I wrote about having an "elephant in the room" called Multiple Sclerosis and by not discussing it, no one knew what I was going through or what help I really needed.

I did take my husband to the MS meeting which turned out to be about medications thought to help slow the progress of MS. By the time we found where the meeting was we started snapping at each other. My thought was neither of us wants to deal with MS, much less talk about it. After the meeting we barely discussed the medications other than to say "the meeting was to push medications". So much for communication.

We still haven't talked about it mainly because I don't know what to say about it. Something blocks me (me, I guess) from any words coming out. I'm thinking I ought to go to one of the MS counselors and figure out "how" to do it. It will take great effort on my part to participate.

As far as my experience with the aliXXor Frequency Generator, I found so many appropriate frequency sets (groups of different frequencies designed to handle an illness) for me that I jump all over the place depending on what frequency set I discover that day.

John Headifen, the owner of Health Recovery Systems who developed the aliXXor said I should be keeping a diary, listing each frequency set and the results. Then I can create my own frequency sets based on the ones that help the most. Have I done that....no! So...time to make a habit of keeping a diary which I will do here.

• My first goal is to do all the suggested frequency sets for Multiple Sclerosis. 
• I will drink lots of water to flush toxins away. 
• If I don't experience any detoxing, I will repeat the same set the next day. 
• If I do experience detoxing (usually diarrhea and sometimes nausea), I will skip a day to give my body a chance to clear out all the toxins created by the killing of dangerous microbes.
• For each set I do, I will also make frequency water using the attachment with the aliXXor (this attachment puts the frequency set or single frequency I choose. This increases the effect of the frequency or frequency set)
• When my back or muscles ache, I will use the TENS feature of the aliXXor to relax the muscles and relieve the pain.
• I will also make a batch of colloidal silver using the attachment of the aliXXor to keep on hand for burns and infections.

There! I am committed to all who read this. 

The results I've had so far:

• toothache relief
• headache relief
• relief of flu and cold symptoms
• relief of chronic bronchitis
• much improved short-term memory
• greatly improved stamina and energy
• no bruising of a head contusion
• lessening of body pain

The only problem is I am not sure exactly what frequencies helped some of the symptoms which is why I plan to follow John's advice. I will keep updating this blog as I progress through the MS frequency sets (unless an emergency pops up like cold, flu, etc.) and then I will write about those too.

You probably wonder what am I up to now. Well, "elephant in the room" an English idiom for an obvious truth that is being ignored or goes unaddressed, is based on the idea that an elephant in a small room would be impossible to overlook.  

The idiom also implies a value judgment that the issue ought to be discussed openly. "Elephant in the room" is commonly used in addiction recovery terminology to describe the reluctance of friends and family of an addicted person to discuss the person's problem, thus aiding the person's denial.

The "Elephant in my room" relays to the problem of non-communication about Multiple Sclerosis. I find it difficult to talk about with my family plus the issue of "if I don't talk about it, I don't have it" philosophy, no one understands the problems I deal with or the hard time functioning. 

I operate as though I have no medical challenges. Because of this I am often over-tired, in great pain and really uncomfortable. A lot of effort is required to "be normal". Additionally, over-doing leads to making mistakes, cranky behavior, trouble concentrating, withdrawal and great unhappiness. Joy is not part of the equation.

Family and friends kept in the dark, unable to see "the elephant in the room", have no idea what the truth is. They only know what they experience and see. They only sense something is wrong and their mind fills in the details, which are usually wrong, leading to trouble in relationships.

My husband and I never talk about multiple sclerosis because we have an unspoken agreement that if we don't talk about it, don't acknowledge "the elephant in the room", we can continue living as though all is ok.

After a trip to my neurologist a few days ago he ambushed me with a new assistant named TJ.  She asked me what problems I had and where did I hurt or feel uncomfortable. Tears gushed from my eyes because no one ever asked me that before especially with such feeling and caring...and I have had multiple sclerosis since 1984 and fibromyalgia for quite a few years! I realized I NEEDED HELP!

Asking for help is not easy...to me it means weakness, complaining, asking for attention and other undesirable things. 

Because I can't do all the things I would like to do for others, I beat myself up as a bad person.

I decided the first person who needs to see "the elephant in the room" is ME! If I don't acknowledge it no one else can. 

I have to be like the little boy in the "Emperor's New Clothes". (The emperor marched down the street with no clothes on and his subjects praised his beautiful clothes without commenting on his nudeness because either they didn't notice or they didn't want to be the one to tell or acknowledge his nakedness. Finally a little boy loudly proclaimed that the emperor had no clothes on). 

My friends and family don't want to "see" my disability because they don't want it to be true either. My mother avoided me after I was first diagnosed in 1984. I never saw her again and she died in 2007. They don't know what to do about it either. Since they don't know what to do about it, they tend to ignore it. 

Friends and family also need education about multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia so they understand what problems these disabilities may present. My responsibility means I must tell them what is happening to me and what help I may need from them. No one else can do this except me.

My first step involves joining a local multiple sclerosis society group. Wow...an incredible amount of support and help there. I had no idea until I acknowledged "the elephant in the room".

Bringing my husband to a society sponsored event next Tuesday will help him understand better.  But, most importantly, I must, not only acknowledge that "elephant in the room", I must point it out to family and friends by reaching our for their support and help.

When I first heard of a frequency generator no information came to mind. Asking doctors equaled talking to brick walls. Frequency generators often carry the name Rife after Dr. Royal Rife who developed the technology after years of research and trials. Lots of my research later filled me in on what a frequency generator actually does.

A frequency generator DOES NOT HEAL ANYTHING!

Wow, this information shocked me. My next question was, "Well, what does it do?".

I found out parasites, bacteria, viruses, fungus and all those little nasty things that make us sick have specific frequencies in which they survive. They also cannot survive in other frequencies.  

All that is needed is to apply the correct frequency to kill off any of these "bugs".

When these "bugs" or "germs" invade the body, the immune system attacks them and usually does a pretty good job. However, if over-stressed or weak, the "bugs" or "germs" overwhelm the immune system and the body resulting in ill health and organ dysfunction.

Detoxing, using the correct individual frequency, destroys the "bugs" or "germs". Then the body removes the dead "bugs" or "germs" from the body.

Now that the body is detoxed, the immune system takes over it's job of protecting the body and allows the body to naturally heal itself.

Using a frequency generator makes taking chemical drugs obsolete and downright criminal. No wonder the government,  medical associations and drug companies fight against it. They claim we say the frequency generator heals. NOT TRUE!

Only quacks, scam artists, or ill-informed people claim a frequency generator heals. Rife frequency generators float all over the internet but very few produce the intended results. Careful research reveals which ones give the body relief from invaders so it can heal itself.

Jeeze, I had no idea it had been this long since I last updated this blog about my use of the aliXXor Frequency Generator. My energy level takes over and time flies by while I create my new website expansion about the aliXXor.

Researching takes a lot of time especially since I know very little about color therapy, chakra cleansing, colloidal silver, the TENS machine or Beck's Blood Cleanser which all are a part of the aliXXor. My knowledge is just enough to be dangerous! The aliXXor also puts whatever frequency you choose into water increasing the affect of the frequency sets! The aliXXor is incredible.

Just want to make it clear that I still have my regular doctor visits although they give me strange looks whenever I mention a frequency generator. To me proof means it works.

Since experiencing a few of the frequency sets (individual frequencies grouped together to address a specific problem) for MS my energy zooms and my short teem memory, a serious problem in the past, is just like it was when I was young. Every time my mind comes up with an answer I AM THRILLED!

Recently my husband cut a cold to two days duration using one of the "cold" frequency set on the aliXXor.

I keep getting side tracked from doing all the MS frequency sets because of other medical problems. One day I noticed a frequency set for intermittent claudication.  Naturally I couldn't pass that one up! The burning in my legs after walking too much diminished.

Then I almost zoomed past a frequency set for cataracts...did that one several times. I'll find out about any changes at my next Optometric visit.

Chronic sinus problems plagued me since childhood and led to surgery a few years ago. Despite the surgery (which was beyond horrible) I still couldn't breathe properly until I used the aliXXor chronic sinus frequency sets several times.

One important item I learned is this: Listen to my body! Otherwise my enthusiasm for using the aliXXor causes me to over do and I feel horrible for a couple days, my body overwhelmed with toxins. Good grief...I apologize for not writing for so long. I got involved in promoting a business, creating a website and way too much tweeting!

I have been having a lot of trouble with my eyes and thought maybe it was due to MS, infection or eyestrain. My eyes burned, any eye makeup drove me crazy, the lids felt dry, my eyes felt wet...often my eyes hurt...this went on for years.

One day when my eyes bugged me horribly I thought to check the menu on the aliXXor frequency generator. Sure enough "Eye detoxification" and "Cataracts" and several other frequency sets (these are groups of different frequencies applied to aid a particular body or mind problem) were listed.

I chose the first two since I also have cataracts. The unit comes with silver bars held for the upper part of the body and silver foot plates for the lower part of the body. I held on the the silver bars for the half hour session. The most noticeable results (since I have to go to the eye doctor to determine if the cataracts have reduced or disappeared) came from the eye detoxification frequency set.

This time I was more careful not to overwhelm my body during detoxification and applied the frequency set every other day for a week. I also drank plenty of liquids.

WOW...After the second set, when I went to the bathroom I smelled a very strong odor of aluminum! Not having tested anything I could only assume my body had an overload of this metal and that had something to do with my eye problems!

After the third set, nausea ruled! Maybe I didn't drink enough liquids or should have waited 2 days instead of one. I am still learning how my body handles detoxing. My conclusion at this point is I must take any detoxing a little slower than I want to (I am always in a rush for results!).

I plan on applying the eye detoxification twice more this week to make sure my eye are completely detoxified because they are still feel a little uncomfortable.

However...yesterday I went to two Christmas parties wearing eye makeup including mascara all day and my eyes felt great! I wasn't in my usual rush to get home and get it off my eyes. Also I didn't need eye drops after removing the eye makeup. WOW!

Since I am not a health care provider and have no training whatsoever in the health field, I am learning as I go. One thing I know for sure is that the aliXXor really works! My husband and I use it all the time for headaches, sore throat, bronchitis, coughs, hangover (my husband), constipation, pain, inflammation, stomach ache, diarrhea, flu, colds and more.

I also recently worked on the  aliXXor frequency set for the human papillomavirus which I won't know the results until I go in for another pap smear.

After finishing the eye detoxification I will continue with the many aliXXor frequency sets for multiple sclerosis. After working on MS I have been able to work 12-14 hours a day on the computer, taking care of the house, shopping, etc. A MAJOR IMPROVEMENT!

This is an email I received from John Headifen, developer of the aliXXor Frequency Generator. I wrote to him because I had quite a wild reaction to the frequency set for the human papillomavirus. I also screwed up by not upping my water intake.

"Always listen to your body, if it says skip a day do so. A lot of these conditions can be related so often targeting one thing can impact elsewhere. If it makes you sick that is good. Something is happening, keep working those sequences. Use the water unit also to keep hydrated and multiply the effects of the frequencies. Does not hurt to have a day off as it allows the body to deal with the detox."

Note: the water unit which comes with the aliXXor allows you to put a specific frequency into a bottle of water. Drinking the frequency filled water at the same time as doing the frequency sets increases the effects, making them more powerful.

Really good advice which I will definitely apply. Since I am not a health care provider and have no training whatsoever in the health field, I am learning as I go. Wow...I have been working full-time which before using the aliXXor would have been impossible. I was good for a few hours at most.

I have been using one of the many frequency sets (group of different frequencies designed to handle a specific ailment) for MS. So far the chances I've noticed include better mood, tons of energy, improved memory and feeling more of wellness.

The latest change is dexterity. I used to do all sorts of crafts involving tiny objects, then after my last MS attack I no longer could do them. Now I can type very fast and make few mistakes! Maybe I can go back to making beaded flowers.

Recently I received a medical report about an irregular pap smear. My doctor suggested that often this type of test result is caused by HPV or the human papillomavirus infection. My attention perked up! I though surely the aliXXor had a frequency set for that! Sure enough it does. I told my doctor no problem...I would use my frequency generator to cure the infection. To my doctor's credit he acted like he knew all about frequency generators but had no comment!

I am taking a break from the MS frequency I was using to do the papilloma virus for five days. I have been plagued with this since I was 29 years old and it is time to get rid of it.

The medical profession only knows how to destroy viruses by radiation and chemotherapy or destroy bacterias with antibiotics. The aliXXor destroys viruses and bacteria with specific electrical frequencies. Since our bodies are electrical and the frequencies so specific they do not harm good bacteria or healthy organs. In fact a vibration (electrical frequency) is specific to each organ. If the vibration is lower than normal, the organ becomes ill and malfunctions. Raising the vibration level to normal for that organ causes the body to heal it so it can function normally....the aliXXor is an incredible piece of technology!

I have been using the frequency set (several electronic frequencies used to destroy viruses, bad bacteria, etc) to destroy the Human Papillomavirus for three days. When I started the third one I felt horrible, exhausted and hurting all over because of overdoing all day. Part way through the frequency set I started to brighten up, hurt a lot less and felt much less tired!

Now why would that be? I wasn't doing any frequency sets for any of those things. The only thing I can think of that frequencies included in a frequency set may also be good for other problems. I've noticed this happening before when doing the frequency sets for MS and for fibromyalgia. Cool! Getting other problems handled at the same time was something I hadn't expected.

However after four days, each set lasting 50 minutes (so determined to get rid of this virus, I forgot one very essential item...water, lots of it.) I got really sick!

Any time a virus or bacteria is killed off, they produce a toxin. If enough water to flush the toxin from the body is used, no ill affects other than maybe diarrhea occurs.

If not enough water is ingested, the toxins build up throughout the entire body making the person feel absolutely horrible and maybe even experience pain throughout their body.

For two days I thought death would be better. Not one spot on my body was pain-free! Finally it dawned on me to drink water. I also did the fibromyalgia frequency set for pain and inflammation twice.

By the third day I started thinking I might live and today I feel great. Lesson learned! Moral of the story is drink lots of water when using the frequency generator so that all the toxins wash out of the body!

One note, this experience showed me how powerful the frequency generator is. It really does the job!
